The Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE has a score of 60.2, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Xcover 2's general score of 58.9. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE has an older 4.1 version and Galaxy Xcover 2 has Android 4.1.2 version.
