Galaxy S4 is better than Nokia 5.3, getting a 77.3 score against 69.3. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S4 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Nokia 5.3 has Android 11 version. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy S4 is extremely older than Nokia 5.3, it's construction is a lot lighter and a bit thinner.

Galaxy S4 has a way better screen than Nokia 5.3, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a lot better pixels count per screen inch.
The Nokia 5.3 features a superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S4, because it has an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB and more internal storage. The Galaxy S4 shoots much better photos and videos than Nokia 5.3, although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for low light photos, they both have the same video frame rate, the same 1920x1080 video resolution and a same resolution camera in the back.
The Nokia 5.3 has a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy S4, because it has a 54% bigger battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 is a little more expensive than Nokia 5.3, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
