Panasonic ELUGA is slightly better than Nokia 603, having a 53.8 score against 49. Panasonic ELUGA works with Android 2.3.5 operating system, and Nokia 603 has Symbian Belle operating system. Panasonic ELUGA is a thinner and a little lighter phone than Nokia 603, even when both were released with only 4 months difference.
