The Moto Z4 is much better than Nokia 7 plus, with a 79.8 score against 72.2. Moto Z4's body is newer, just a little lighter and thinner than Nokia 7 plus. Nokia 7 plus has a bit better performance than Moto Z4. Both of them have a 4 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. Nokia 7 plus counts with a slightly better looking screen than Moto Z4, although it has a little worse 1080 x 2160 resolution, a quite smaller screen and a bit lower pixel amount in each inch in the display.
The Motorola Moto Z4 takes better photographs and videos than Nokia 7 plus, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same video quality, the Motorola Moto Z4 also has a larger aperture, a camera with much more mega-pixels and a lot larger sensor shooting much better quality videos and pictures.
