Galaxy M31 has a score of 86.5, which is much better than Nokia 7 plus's global score of 72.2. The Galaxy M31 body is newer and a bit thinner, but also a little heavier than Nokia 7 plus. The Nokia 7 plus counts with a little sharper screen than Galaxy M31, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch of display, a bit smaller display and a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2160, it also counts with a bit more display brightness.
Samsung Galaxy M31 features just a bit better processing power than Nokia 7 plus, and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy M31 features a slightly bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Nokia 7 plus, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also has an external memory slot that admits up to 512 GB.
Galaxy M31 features a very superior camera than Nokia 7 plus, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a same size diafragm aperture and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy M31 also has a much bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels.
Samsung Galaxy M31 has a superior battery life than Nokia 7 plus, because it has a 58 percent more battery size.
