Comparison review

The LG G8 ThinQ is better than the Nokia 8.1, with a score of 84.3 against 72.1. Both phones in this review use Android OS, but the LG G8 ThinQ has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Nokia 8.1 has Android 10 version, offering lots of additional features and increased performance. LG G8 ThinQ's body is just a bit thicker but just a little bit lighter than the Nokia 8.1, and both were released with only a few months difference.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a bit faster processing unit than Nokia 8.1, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a larger amount of RAM memory. LG G8 ThinQ has a sharper display than Nokia 8.1, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px and a higher screen pixels density.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a lot bigger storage to install applications and games than Nokia 8.1, because it has 64 GB more internal storage and an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG G8 ThinQ captures clearer videos and photos than Nokia 8.1, because although it has a smaller sensor which gives a lower photo and video quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a 12 mega-pixels camera, the LG G8 ThinQ also counts with better video frame rate and a bigger camera aperture to take better low-light captures and videos.

LG G8 ThinQ and Nokia 8.1 feature very similar battery performance.
