The Motorola edge has a general score of 89.6, which is much better than the Nokia 8.1's general score of 72.1. Both phones in this review have the same Android 10 OS, so both should provide the same OS features. The Motorola edge body is newer, but somewhat thicker and just a bit heavier than Nokia 8.1.
The Nokia 8.1 features a little more vivid display than Motorola edge, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2280px and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher pixel density. Motorola edge has much more storage for applications and games than Nokia 8.1, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 1000 GB and 192 GB more internal memory.
The Motorola edge counts with just a little better performance than Nokia 8.1, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Motorola edge also has a higher amount of RAM. The Motorola edge features longer battery performance than Nokia 8.1, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
The Motorola edge features a much better camera than Nokia 8.1, and although they both have a same size aperture, the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Motorola edge also has a way bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality and a camera with much more mega pixels.
