Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola razr (2022) has newer 12 version while Nokia 8.1 has Android 10 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features and increased performance. The Motorola razr (2022) body is much newer and a little thinner, but a bit heavier than the Nokia 8.1.
