The Nokia X100 has an overall score of 77.3, which is a little bit better than Nokia 8.1's 72.1 general score. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Nokia X100 has a newer 11 version while Nokia 8.1 has Android 10 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features and performance improvements. The Nokia X100 is a a lot newer device than Nokia 8.1, but it's heavier and somewhat thicker.
The Nokia 8.1 has a slightly better looking screen than Nokia X100, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a bit worse 1080 x 2280 resolution, it also counts with a just a little higher pixels count in each inch of screen.
