Galaxy A22 is a bit better than Nokia 8.1, with a global score of 76.1 against 72.1. Both phones we are comparing include Android OS, but the Galaxy A22 has the newer 12 version while Nokia 8.1 has Android 10 version, providing some nice extra features and increased performance. Galaxy A22's design is a lot newer, but a little heavier and a little thicker than the Nokia 8.1.

Nokia 8.1 has a bit better performance than Galaxy A22. Both have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM memory. Nokia 8.1 counts with a much better screen than Galaxy A22, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better display pixel density and a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2280.

Galaxy A22 has a better storage capacity for apps and games than Nokia 8.1, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy A22 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB. The Nokia 8.1 counts with a superior battery life than Galaxy A22. Nokia 8.1 captures clearer photos and videos than Galaxy A22, because although it has a lot worse resolution back camera, and they both have a same size aperture, the Nokia 8.1 also counts with a lot higher (4K) video resolution.
