The Galaxy M13 has a score of 81.1, which is much better than Nokia 8.1's 72.1 general score. The Galaxy M13 design is much newer, but just a bit thicker and just a bit heavier than the Nokia 8.1. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy M13 has the newer 12 version and Nokia 8.1 has Android 10, offering a couple additional features.
The Galaxy M13 features a bit better processor than Nokia 8.1. Both have a Octa-Core CPU and the same RAM memory amount. Galaxy M13 counts with a bit better looking screen than Nokia 8.1, because although it has a little lower pixel density, it also counts with a quite larger screen and a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2408px.
Nokia 8.1 has a very superior memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy M13, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the Nokia 8.1 also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 400 GB. The Nokia 8.1 features a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy M13, although it has a much lower 12 mega pixels resolution back facing camera, they both have a F1.8 aperture.
Galaxy M13 features a superior battery life than Nokia 8.1, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
