The Samsung Galaxy Note5 is better than the Nokia 8.1, with an 80.2 score against 72.1. The Samsung Galaxy Note5 is an incredibly older cellphone than Nokia 8.1, but Samsung was able to make it a little bit thinner and a little lighter. The Samsung Galaxy Note5 counts with a little bit better looking display than Nokia 8.1, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and more pixels per inch of screen.
Nokia 8.1 features a way bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Nokia 8.1 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 400 GB. The Galaxy Note5 features a processor that's just as good as Nokia 8.1's processor, they have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM amount.
Samsung Galaxy Note5 counts with a slightly better camera than Nokia 8.1, because although it has a smaller camera sensor and a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light photography, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Samsung Galaxy Note5 also counts with a back camera with a much higher 16 mega pixels resolution.
The Nokia 8.1 features a bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has a 17% larger battery capacity.
