The Xiaomi Black Shark has a score of 80.4, which is much better than Nokia 8.1's overall score of 72.1. Both of these devices include Android OS, but Xiaomi Black Shark has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Nokia 8.1 has Android 10. Although it's the best device in this comparison review, it must be noted that it's also a little heavier and thicker.
The Xiaomi Black Shark has a little more vivid display than Nokia 8.1, although it has a little lower 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution, a little bit smaller screen and a bit worse pixel number in each inch in the display. Xiaomi Black Shark features a little bit better hardware performance than Nokia 8.1, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark also has a higher amount of RAM.
The Nokia 8.1 counts with a bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 400 GB. The Xiaomi Black Shark shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Nokia 8.1, although it has a smaller sensor providing a lower image quality, they both have a 12 megapixels back-facing camera, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same camera aperture.
The Xiaomi Black Shark has just a bit better battery duration than Nokia 8.1, because it has a 14% more battery capacity.
