Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro is just a bit better than Nokia 8.1, having a overall score of 75.7 against 72.1. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has newer 12 version and Nokia 8.1 has Android 10. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's design has the same thickness than Nokia 8.1, but it is just a little heavier.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features just a bit better looking screen than Nokia 8.1, because although it has a just a little worse pixel density, it also counts with a quite larger display and a slightly better 1080 x 2400 resolution. The Nokia 8.1 counts with a lot better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
Nokia 8.1 has more memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 400 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features a much longer battery life than Nokia 8.1, because it has a 43% more battery size.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features a way better camera than Nokia 8.1, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for taking photos and videos in low-light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also counts with a way larger back-facing camera sensor capturing lot higher quality videos and photographs and a lot higher 50 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera.
