Comparison review
Nokia 8 V 5G UW is slightly better than Huawei P20, getting an 80.3 score against 78.1. Both phones we compare here use Android OS (operating system), but the Nokia 8 V 5G UW has an older 10 version while Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Nokia 8 V 5G UW design is notably newer, but thicker and a lot heavier than Huawei P20.
Huawei P20 features just a bit better screen than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, because although it has a little smaller display and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2244 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixels quantity in each screen inch. The Huawei P20 features a processor that is just as good as the Nokia 8 V 5G UW one, and although the Huawei P20 has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores.
Nokia 8 V 5G UW has a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei P20, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. The Nokia 8 V 5G UW counts with a lot better camera than Huawei P20, and although they both have a same size camera aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Nokia 8 V 5G UW also has a lot larger back camera sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photographs, faster 60 fps video frame rates and a lot higher resolution back camera.
The Nokia 8 V 5G UW has longer battery performance than Huawei P20, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3400mAh.
Although Nokia 8 V 5G UW is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Huawei P20, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Huawei P20. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Huawei P20, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
