Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a score of 81.7, which is a bit better than the Nokia 8 V 5G UW's global score of 80.3. Although Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is older than the Nokia 8 V 5G UW, it's construction is a bit thinner and way lighter. Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has the previous 5.0 version and Nokia 8 V 5G UW has Android 10.

Galaxy Note Edge has just a little better hardware performance than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and a lower number of cores , it also counts with an extra graphics processor. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a much sharper display than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a better quantity of pixels per screen inch.

The Nokia 8 V 5G UW has a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has more internal memory and a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB. The Nokia 8 V 5G UW counts with a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 50 percent larger battery size.

Nokia 8 V 5G UW shoots greater videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Nokia 8 V 5G UW also has a larger camera aperture to capture better images and video in low-light environments, a much bigger sensor providing a much higher image quality, a camera in the back with a lot higher resolution and higher video frame rate.

In addition to being the best phone in our comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is also by far the cheapest, making this phone an obvious call.
