Comparison review

The Google Pixel XL is much better than Nokia 8, getting a score of 81.3 against 73.8. Although it's the best in this comparison, we must note that it is also older, just a little bit thicker and a bit heavier. Nokia 8 has just a little better performance than Google Pixel XL, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Nokia 8 also has 4 more CPU cores.

Nokia 8 features a bit more vivid screen than Google Pixel XL, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1440 x 2560, the Nokia 8 also counts with a just a little better display pixel density. Google Pixel XL counts with a bit better camera than Nokia 8, because although it has a camera in the back with lesser megapixels resolution and a worse 3840x2160 video resolution, and they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Google Pixel XL also counts with a way larger back camera sensor taking much higher quality videos and photos.

The Nokia 8 has slightly more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Google Pixel XL, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits up to 256 GB. The Google Pixel XL has a bit superior battery lifetime than Nokia 8, because it has a 3450mAh battery capacity.

Although Google Pixel XL is a better device, it is way more expensive than Nokia 8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Nokia 8. If you want to save some money, you can get Nokia 8, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
