Motorola Droid Turbo has Android 4.4.4 operating system, while Lumia 1520 counts with Windows Phone 8 operating system.

The Motorola Droid Turbo has a little sharper display than Lumia 1520, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a way higher screen pixel density. Motorola Droid Turbo features a bit superior processor than Lumia 1520, and although they both have 4 CPU cores, the Motorola Droid Turbo also has 1 GB more RAM memory and a much better 500 megahertz graphics processor.
