Galaxy A60 is just a bit better than Nokia XR20, with a global score of 82.3 against 80.8. Both of these devices have the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding OS features. The Galaxy A60 body is noticeably lighter and much thinner than the Nokia XR20, despite of the fact that it was released many years before.
