Comparison review
The Galaxy A12 is a little bit better than the nubia Red Magic 5S, getting a general score of 80.3 against 76.2. Both phones in this review use the same Android 10 OS (operating system). Galaxy A12's design is a little bit thinner and just a little bit lighter than nubia Red Magic 5S, even when both were only released with a couple months difference.
Nubia Red Magic 5S has a more vivid display than Galaxy A12, because it has a bit bigger display, a much better 1080 x 2340 resolution and more pixels per display inch. Nubia Red Magic 5S counts with a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy A12, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the nubia Red Magic 5S also has more RAM memory.
The Galaxy A12 counts with a way bigger memory for apps and games than nubia Red Magic 5S, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1 TB. Nubia Red Magic 5S features a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy A12, because it has a lot higher 64 megapixels resolution camera in the back, a much higher 7680x4320 video quality and a bigger aperture to take better low-light photos and videos.
The Samsung Galaxy A12 counts with a little better battery life than nubia Red Magic 5S, because it has an 11% greater battery size.
