The Alcatel 7 is slightly better than nubia Z9 Max, with a 67.5 score against 61.4. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Alcatel 7 has newer 8.1 Oreo version while nubia Z9 Max has Android 5.0 Lollipop, so it provides the user a couple additional features.
