The Galaxy Note9 has a general score of 87.1, which is way better than OnePlus 13R (Rumored)'s global score of 71.9. Galaxy Note9 counts with an extremely better CPU than OnePlus 13R (Rumored), although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores.
