Comparison review
Huawei P20 has a global score of 78.1, which is a little bit better than OnePlus 6's score of 73.3. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P20 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and OnePlus 6 has Android 11 version, so it provides some additional features. Even though the Huawei P20 and OnePlus 6 were released only a couple months apart, the Huawei P20 is just a bit lighter and just a little thinner.
The OnePlus 6 has a little faster CPU than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 6 also has a higher amount of RAM. The Huawei P20 features a bit better screen than OnePlus 6, because although it has a little bit worse 1080 x 2244 resolution and a little smaller display, it also counts with a quite higher screen density.
The OnePlus 6 counts with much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P20, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity. OnePlus 6 shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Huawei P20, because although it has a tinier sensor, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the OnePlus 6 also counts with a bigger aperture to take better photos in poorly lited environments, faster 60 fps video frame rates and a much higher 16 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.
Huawei P20 has just a bit longer battery life than OnePlus 6, because it has a 3400mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
Huawei P20 costs more money than OnePlus 6, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
