Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 edge+ has a global score of 79.3, which is slightly better than OnePlus 6's score of 73.3. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S6 edge+ has the previous 5.1 version while OnePlus 6 has Android 11. Although Galaxy S6 edge+ is extremely older than the OnePlus 6, it's construction is somewhat thinner and lighter.
OnePlus 6 features a faster processor than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has more CPU cores and more RAM. Galaxy S6 edge+ has a much better display than OnePlus 6, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better quantity of pixels per inch of display and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution.
OnePlus 6 captures a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, a 0.38 inches back camera sensor and a 16 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera, the OnePlus 6 also has better video frame rates and a bigger aperture to capture better images in poorly lited situations.
OnePlus 6 has a much better memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has more internal memory capacity. OnePlus 6 has a bit longer battery life than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it costs a lot more than the OnePlus 6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as OnePlus 6. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy OnePlus 6, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
