Comparison review
The Sony Xperia XZ1 is just a bit better than OnePlus 6T, with a score of 78.3 against 72.9. Even though Sony Xperia XZ1 is older than the OnePlus 6T, it's body is just a little thinner and somewhat lighter. The OnePlus 6T and the Sony Xperia XZ1 count with extremely similar displays, because although the Sony Xperia XZ1 has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit greater quantity of pixels in each inch in the screen.
OnePlus 6T has a bit better hardware performance than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 6T also has 4 GB more RAM memory. The Sony Xperia XZ1 has a camera that is very similar to the camera in OnePlus 6T, because although the Sony Xperia XZ1 has a tinier aperture and worse 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a better 19 MP resolution back facing camera and a bigger camera sensor which offers a higher photo and video quality.
Xperia XZ1 has a bigger storage capacity for apps and games than OnePlus 6T, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. The OnePlus 6T has a much longer battery duration than Xperia XZ1, because it has a 3700mAh battery capacity.
Although Sony Xperia XZ1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than OnePlus 6T, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the OnePlus 6T. If you want to save some money, you can get OnePlus 6T, letting go a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
