Comparison review
The Xperia XZ3 is a bit better than OnePlus 6T, getting a 79.6 score against 72.9. Even being the best cellphone in this comparison, it must be noted that it's also somewhat thicker and a bit heavier. Sony Xperia XZ3 features a much better looking screen than OnePlus 6T, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2880px.
The OnePlus 6T has a bit superior CPU than Sony Xperia XZ3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 6T also has more RAM. The Sony Xperia XZ3's camera is very similar to the OnePlus 6T one, because although the Sony Xperia XZ3 has a tinier aperture and lower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, it also counts with a higher 19 mega pixels resolution back camera and a larger sensor which offers a higher image and video quality.
The OnePlus 6T counts with a quite bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia XZ3, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. OnePlus 6T has a little longer battery lifetime than Xperia XZ3, because it has an 11% more battery size.
Although Sony Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the OnePlus 6T, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as OnePlus 6T. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Sony Xperia XZ3, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the OnePlus 6T, letting go some specs and features.
