OnePlus 6T features a very superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has 128 GB more internal storage. OnePlus 6T has just a little better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a 3700mAh battery capacity. The OnePlus 6T features a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor providing a worse image quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the OnePlus 6T also counts with better video frame rate, a back-facing camera with lot more MP and a bigger aperture to capture better low-light captures and videos.
Although Xiaomi Mi 5s is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the OnePlus 6T, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as OnePlus 6T. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Xiaomi Mi 5s, otherwise you can save some money and get the OnePlus 6T, letting go some features and specs.
