Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M31 is a bit better than the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, with an 86.5 score against 79.8. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy M31 has the newer 11 version while OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has Android 10, so it provides some extra features and optimized performance. The Samsung Galaxy M31 is a a little bit lighter phone than the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, but they have the same thickness.
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy M31, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has a greater amount of RAM memory. OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has a little sharper display than Galaxy M31, because it has a bit bigger display, more pixels per display inch and a better resolution of 1440 x 3120px.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with a bit better camera than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, because although it has slower 30 fps video frame rates and a tinier aperture which is not good for taking photographs or videos in low light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also counts with a camera with lot more megapixels and a bigger sensor taking higher quality pictures and videos.
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has more memory for apps and games than Galaxy M31, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy M31 has a much longer battery lifetime than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, because it has a 50 percent larger battery size.
