Comparison review
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has a general score of 79.8, which is just a bit better than Xperia XZ2's score of 79.1. Although OnePlus 7 Pro 5G is just a bit heavier than the Xperia XZ2, it's way thinner and newer. OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features just a little better processing power than Xperia XZ2, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has more RAM memory.
Xperia XZ2 has a little bit better display than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, although it has a just a little worse pixel density, a much lower 1080 x 2160px resolution and a bit smaller display. OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features a bigger storage for games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ2, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory.
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G captures much clearer pictures and videos than Sony Xperia XZ2, and although they both have the same 60 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has a larger aperture, a bigger sensor which provides a better image and video quality and a much better 48 MP resolution camera in the back.
The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G counts with longer battery life than Xperia XZ2, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3180mAh.
