OnePlus 7 Pro counts with a way better camera than Google Nexus 5, because it has a lot larger sensor taking lot higher quality pictures and videos, a way better resolution camera in the back, a lot higher video quality and a much larger diafragm aperture to take better low light photos. OnePlus 7 Pro has a much better battery lifetime than Google Nexus 5, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
Although Google Nexus 5 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than OnePlus 7 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as OnePlus 7 Pro. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the OnePlus 7 Pro, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
