Comparison review
OnePlus 9 Pro has a general score of 76.6, which is slightly better than the OnePlus 7 Pro's 72.3 global score. The OnePlus 9 Pro is a newer cellphone, and it's also a bit lighter and a little thinner than OnePlus 7 Pro. The OnePlus 9 Pro features a bit sharper display than OnePlus 7 Pro, and although they both have a display with the same size, the OnePlus 9 Pro also has a just a little higher display density and a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 3216.
OnePlus 9 Pro has a processing unit that's just as good as the OnePlus 7 Pro one, and although the OnePlus 9 Pro has more RAM, they both have 8 cores. OnePlus 9 Pro has just a bit better camera than OnePlus 7 Pro, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for taking images or videos in poorly lited situations, and they both have a 48 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera, the OnePlus 9 Pro also counts with a much bigger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality and a lot better video quality.
OnePlus 9 Pro's memory for apps and games is just as good as the OnePlus 7 Pro one, both have equal 128 GB internal storage. OnePlus 9 Pro features a bit better battery life than OnePlus 7 Pro, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
Although OnePlus 9 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than OnePlus 7 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as OnePlus 7 Pro. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get OnePlus 7 Pro, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
