The Galaxy Note9 is much better than OnePlus 7 Pro, getting a overall score of 87.1 against 72.3. The Galaxy Note9 body has the same thickness than the OnePlus 7 Pro, but it's a little lighter. The Galaxy Note9 and OnePlus 7 Pro both have quite similar displays, because although the Galaxy Note9 has a quite lower resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels and a little smaller display, it also counts with a quite higher number of pixels per screen inch.

Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a CPU that's very similar to OnePlus 7 Pro's CPU, both have 8 CPU cores and 6 GB of RAM. Galaxy Note9 counts with a much better memory to install applications and games than OnePlus 7 Pro, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Note9 also has an external memory slot that admits up to 512 GB.

The OnePlus 7 Pro and the Galaxy Note9 feature incredibly similar battery durations. The OnePlus 7 Pro features a better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the OnePlus 7 Pro also counts with a way more mega pixels back facing camera and a way bigger back camera sensor taking way better quality videos and photographs.

Samsung Galaxy Note9 costs a lot more money than OnePlus 7 Pro, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
