Google Nexus 5 has a general score of 76, which is a bit better than OnePlus 7's global score of 71.6. Although Google Nexus 5 is older and just a bit thicker than OnePlus 7, it's body is still notably lighter. Both devices in this review include Android OS, but Google Nexus 5 has 4.4.3 version and OnePlus 7 has Android 11 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features and better performance.

The OnePlus 7 counts with a little bit better processing power than Google Nexus 5, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a greater amount of RAM. The Google Nexus 5 counts with a more vivid display than OnePlus 7, because although it has a really smaller display and a quite lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per display inch.

The OnePlus 7 features a lot bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Nexus 5, because it has more internal storage capacity. The OnePlus 7 has a lot better camera than Google Nexus 5, because it has a way more MP camera, a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a way larger diafragm aperture to capture better captures and videos in poorly lited environments and a lot bigger sensor capturing way higher quality videos and photos.

The OnePlus 7 counts with a much better battery duration than Google Nexus 5, because it has a 61% greater battery capacity.

Although Google Nexus 5 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the OnePlus 7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as OnePlus 7. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Google Nexus 5, else you can save some dollars and buy the OnePlus 7, resigning a couple specifications.
