Google Pixel XL is much better than the OnePlus 7, with an 81.3 score against 71.6. Google Pixel XL's construction is just a little lighter than OnePlus 7, but it's a bit thicker and was released 3 years before. The Google Pixel XL has a little more vivid display than OnePlus 7, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher screen density and a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution.
Google Pixel XL and OnePlus 7 have similar storage capacity to install games and applications, they have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity. OnePlus 7 has just a little better processing power than Google Pixel XL, because it has 4 more CPU cores and 2 GB more RAM. The OnePlus 7 counts with a way better camera than Google Pixel XL, and although they both have the same video definition, the OnePlus 7 also has a back facing camera with lot more megapixels, a bigger camera aperture to take better captures and video in poorly lited environments, a larger back camera sensor and faster video frame rate.
The OnePlus 7 counts with just a bit longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel XL, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity.
Although Google Pixel XL is a better device, it costs a lot more money than OnePlus 7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as OnePlus 7. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy OnePlus 7, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
