Galaxy S23 Ultra is better than the OnePlus 7, getting a global score of 81.5 against 71.6. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S23 Ultra has a more recent 13 version and OnePlus 7 has Android 11. Galaxy S23 Ultra's construction is a lot lighter but a little bit thicker than the OnePlus 7.
