Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 edge+ has a global score of 79.3, which is much better than OnePlus 7's global score of 71.6. Galaxy S6 edge+'s body is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than the OnePlus 7, even though it was released many years before. These phones have Android operating system, but Galaxy S6 edge+ has the previous 5.1 version and OnePlus 7 has Android 11.
The Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a more vivid display than OnePlus 7, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher count of pixels per screen inch and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. The OnePlus 7 features a greater processing power than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores (and they are faster).
The OnePlus 7 counts with a better camera than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same video resolution, the OnePlus 7 also has a much larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a back facing camera with a much better resolution, higher video frame rate and a bigger camera aperture to take better images and video in low light environments.
The OnePlus 7 features a much better storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has more internal storage. OnePlus 7 features greater battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 3700mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.
The Galaxy S6 edge+ costs more money than the OnePlus 7, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
