The Xperia XZ1 is a little bit better than the OnePlus 8 Pro, having a general score of 78.3 against 77.2. Xperia XZ1 is an older cellphone than OnePlus 8 Pro, but Sony was able to make it way lighter and thinner anyway. OnePlus 8 Pro features a bit better processor than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has more RAM.
The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a sharper display than Sony Xperia XZ1, because it has a much better resolution of 1440 x 3168 pixels, a really bigger display and a just a bit greater pixels quantity per inch in the display. OnePlus 8 Pro shoots better pictures and videos than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a larger aperture, a way more megapixels camera, faster video frame rates and a lot larger camera sensor taking much higher quality photos.
The Xperia XZ1 counts with a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than OnePlus 8 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a way better battery duration than Xperia XZ1, because it has 4510mAh of battery capacity against 2700mAh.
In addition to being the best phone in this comparison, Xperia XZ1 is also the cheapest one.
