Comparison review
OnePlus 8 Pro has an overall score of 77.2, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s's global score of 76.4. Although the OnePlus 8 Pro is extremely newer than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, it is a little bit thicker and incredibly heavier. OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a brighter screen than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a lot larger display, a lot brighter display, a just a bit better pixels number per inch in the display and a way higher 1440 x 3168 resolution.
Xiaomi Mi 5s and OnePlus 8 Pro feature extremely similar memory capacity to store more games and applications, both of them have the same internal memory. The OnePlus 8 Pro has a little faster processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has more cpu cores and a higher amount of RAM. The OnePlus 8 Pro features a really longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a 41 percent bigger battery capacity.
OnePlus 8 Pro features a much better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have the same video definition, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a much bigger sensor, higher video frame rate, a way better 48 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera and a larger aperture.
Although OnePlus 8 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Mi 5s. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Mi 5s, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your money.
