Comparison review
Sony Xperia XZ3 is slightly better than OnePlus 8 UW, having a 79.6 score against 75.9. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Sony Xperia XZ3 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10, so it gives some nice extra features and performance tweaks. Although it's the best in this comparison review, the Sony Xperia XZ3 is an older, a little bit heavier and thicker cellphone than OnePlus 8 UW.
The OnePlus 8 UW has a bit more powerful processor than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 8 UW also has more RAM memory. Xperia XZ3 features a little more vivid display than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has a quite smaller display and way less brightness, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a better 1440 x 2880 resolution.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 features a greater memory for games and applications than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB. The OnePlus 8 UW counts with greater battery duration than Xperia XZ3, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity.
The OnePlus 8 UW features a much better camera than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same video definition, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, better 60 frames per second video frame rates, a back facing camera with a way better 48 mega pixels resolution and a larger aperture for better low light captures.
Sony Xperia XZ3 is a bit more expensive than OnePlus 8 UW, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
