The OnePlus 8 features a bit sharper screen than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a just a little lower screen pixel density and a much lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, it also counts with a bit larger display. OnePlus 8 has a much bigger memory for applications and games than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has 64 GB more internal memory capacity.
The OnePlus 8 features just a bit longer battery performance than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has a 16% larger battery size. The OnePlus 8 features a way better camera than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for low-light photography and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the OnePlus 8 also counts with faster 60 frames per second video frame rate, a much larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with a much higher resolution.
The Google Pixel 4 XL is way more expensive than the OnePlus 8, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
