Comparison review
The Huawei P20 Pro is just a bit better than OnePlus 8, with an 81.4 score against 76. Huawei P20 Pro has the same weight and thickness than OnePlus 8. OnePlus 8 has a more vivid display than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a quite lower pixels density, it also counts with a little bit larger screen and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px.
OnePlus 8 counts with a bit better performance than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the OnePlus 8 also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The OnePlus 8 takes a bit better photos and videos than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a smaller sensor shooting worse quality photographs and videos, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the OnePlus 8 also counts with faster video frame rates and a better 48 MP resolution back-facing camera.
The Huawei P20 Pro features as much storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as the OnePlus 8, they have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage. OnePlus 8 features a bit superior battery life than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
Huawei P20 Pro costs a bit more than the OnePlus 8, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
