Microsoft Surface Duo is slightly better than OnePlus 8, having a 78.8 score against 76. OnePlus 8 features a much better camera than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video quality, the OnePlus 8 also has a lot more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a bigger aperture to take better low light captures.
The Microsoft Surface Duo features as much storage for applications, games, photos and videos as the OnePlus 8, they have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity. OnePlus 8 features greater battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
Although Microsoft Surface Duo is a better device, it is way more expensive than the OnePlus 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the OnePlus 8. If you want to save some money, you can get the OnePlus 8, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
