OnePlus 8 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for low-light images and video, and they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the OnePlus 8 also counts with a way more mega-pixels back-facing camera.
The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a lot more expensive than the OnePlus 8, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
