Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition has an overall score of 80.4, which is slightly better than OnePlus 8's global score of 76. Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a a bit lighter phone than OnePlus 8, but both of them are 0.31inches thick. OnePlus 8 has just a little better processing power than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 8 also has a larger amount of RAM.
The OnePlus 8 features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a bit lower pixel number in each inch in the screen and a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, it also counts with a little bit larger screen. The Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a slightly better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than OnePlus 8, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 256 GB.
The OnePlus 8 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for capturing photographs in low light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the OnePlus 8 also counts with a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back, better video frame rates and a larger back camera sensor which offers a better image and video quality.
OnePlus 8 features longer battery life than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has a 4300mAh battery size instead of 3200mAh.
Although Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a better device, it is way more expensive than OnePlus 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as OnePlus 8. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy OnePlus 8, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
