The OnePlus 8 features better battery duration than Galaxy Note3, because it has a 4300mAh battery size. The OnePlus 8 takes much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Note3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the OnePlus 8 also has better 60 frames per second video frame rates, a bigger aperture to take better low light photos and video, a way higher resolution camera and a lot larger back-facing camera sensor.
