Samsung Galaxy Note4 has a score of 77.6, which is a bit better than OnePlus 8's global score of 76. The Samsung Galaxy Note4 construction is a little bit lighter than the OnePlus 8, but it is a bit thicker and was released 6 years before. OnePlus 8 counts with a bit better performance than Galaxy Note4, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the OnePlus 8 also has 5 GB more RAM.
OnePlus 8 features a bit better display than Galaxy Note4, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a little lower pixel density, it also counts with a little bit larger screen.
