Galaxy Note8 is just a bit better than the OnePlus 8, having a score of 83 against 76. The Galaxy Note8 design is much older, just a little heavier and just a bit thicker than the OnePlus 8. OnePlus 8 has a little more vivid display than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a little bit lower screen pixel density and a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2400, it also counts with a bit larger screen.

Galaxy Note8 has a slightly better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than OnePlus 8, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 256 GB. OnePlus 8 counts with a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Note8, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OnePlus 8 also has 2 GB more RAM.

The OnePlus 8 captures greater videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the OnePlus 8 also counts with a lot bigger sensor, a way better 48 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera and higher 60 frames per second video frame rate.

The OnePlus 8 counts with better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because it has a 30% greater battery capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Note8 is more expensive than the OnePlus 8, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
