Galaxy S8 Active has a general score of 81.9, which is just a bit better than OnePlus 8's 76 general score. Galaxy S8 Active is a much older, much thicker and somewhat heavier phone than the OnePlus 8. OnePlus 8 features a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a way worse pixel quantity per inch in the screen and a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px, it also counts with a quite bigger screen.
The OnePlus 8 features just a bit better performance than Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 8 also has more RAM. Galaxy S8 Active features just a bit more memory to store more games and applications than OnePlus 8, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 256 GB.
The OnePlus 8 has a lot better camera than Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for shooting pictures or video in low-light environments, and they both have the same video quality, the OnePlus 8 also counts with a lot larger sensor capturing way better quality videos and pictures, a back facing camera with a way higher 48 mega pixels resolution and faster 60 fps video frame rate.
OnePlus 8 features just a little bit longer battery performance than Galaxy S8 Active, because it has an 8 percent bigger battery capacity.
