Comparison review

The Galaxy S9 has a global score of 83.3, which is just a bit better than the OnePlus 8's global score of 76. The Galaxy S9 is a older and a bit thicker cellphone than OnePlus 8, but Samsung could make it a little bit lighter anyway. The OnePlus 8 features a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S9, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the OnePlus 8 also has a larger amount of RAM.

OnePlus 8 has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy S9, because although it has a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a much worse screen density, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen. The Galaxy S9 features more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than OnePlus 8, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that allows up to 400 GB.

The OnePlus 8 counts with a better camera than Galaxy S9, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for low-light images and video, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 60 frames per second video frame rates, the OnePlus 8 also counts with a back facing camera with way more mega pixels and a lot larger sensor taking way higher quality videos and photos.

OnePlus 8 has a much better battery life than Galaxy S9, because it has a 4300mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.

In addition to being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, Galaxy S9 is also a bargain compared to others, making it a no doubt choice.
