Comparison review
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a general score of 94.6, which is way better than the OnePlus 8's 76 score. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 body is way heavier but somewhat thinner than OnePlus 8, and both were only released 5 months apart. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a little bit better processing power than OnePlus 8, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
OnePlus 8 features a more vivid display than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px, it also counts with a quite higher display density. The OnePlus 8 takes much better photos and videos than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a smaller camera sensor taking lower quality videos and photos, and they both have the same 60 frames per second video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 video definition and a F1.8 aperture, the OnePlus 8 also counts with a camera with a way better resolution.
Galaxy Z Fold 2 features a very superior storage capacity to install games and applications than OnePlus 8, because it has 128 GB more internal storage. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 features just a bit better battery performance than OnePlus 8, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the OnePlus 8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as OnePlus 8. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Z Fold 2, else you can save some money and buy the OnePlus 8, resigning a couple features and specifications.
